Guest room reservations shall be made by individual call in - To make a reservation, please call Reservations Specialists at 1-800-207-6883, first select Prompt 2, then Prompt 1 for new reservations

• Guests are responsible for all room charges including incidentals and the resort fee and tax .

• Individuals will be required to secure their reservation with a valid credit card while making their reservation. Individual guest rooms are subject to a 7-day cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. All reservations made within the Room Block are required to follow all resort booking and stay guidelines.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins, late check-outs and extended stays are based on availability and may incur an additional fee. There is no guarantee that early check-in or late check-out will be available.

THE RESERVATION DEADLINE FOR RESERVING ROOMS IN THE ROOM BLOCK IS 5:00 PM LOCAL TIME AT HACIENDA DEL SOL IS ON MONDAY, 02/16/2026. After the due date, rooms will be released and returned to regular inventory to be sold. It is at Hacienda Del Sol’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
